Redundancy Training Programme

We are pleased to present our Redundancy Training Programme, designed to equip managers and HR professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to manage redundancy processes fairly, legally, and with empathy. This session provides a comprehensive overview of the redundancy process, ensuring compliance with employment law while maintaining transparency and respect for employees. 

This structured programme contributes 2.5 hours of recognised Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate confirming their CPD hours, which can be used to support professional growth, performance reviews, and career progression.
